There's nothing more important than getting real user feedback for the product you're working on.
When the team was mulling over the next feature to implement, we assumed the most in-demand feature would be some sort of critical thing, such as the ability to view images (now implemented in the web upload tool) or improving the tracking of your file history for later use.
In the end, the one feature that frustrated people the most was, surprisingly, the lack of a clear way to get help from the desktop app.
So, lo and behold, our team has now added a handy "Help" link that will take users to the help section of our website.
