One of the servers for our desktop app had technical issues today for a short period of time. If you were one of the unlucky users who got routed to this server, you might have generated sharing links that did not work properly. The issue did not affect any existing links.
Again, our web upload tool was up and functioning perfectly. This only affected the desktop app upload process for some users.
The issue is now resolved. Over the long term, the team is working on rolling out our newer codebase and architecture, which would have prevented this issue.
